Job role / duties
•Build, present, and execute strategic plans for the territory
•Prepare and present during quarterly business reviews
•Provide quarterly and monthly forecasts and deliver against those in a predictable and consistent manner
•Adequately manage the opportunities that are in the pipeline
•Partner closely with manufacturing & logistics departments as well as colleagues in the UK
•Support sales executives within the channel with solutions selling into prospect and installed base
•Manage existing client portfolio for the area with assistance
•Create and deliver powerful presentations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the business offering
To be considered for this role you MUST:
•Work in the Flexible packaging industry
•Be based in France
•Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills
•Have excellent presentation and creativity skills
•Be a confident self-starter with integrity and accountability
•Have a track record of consistent achievement
•Possess an aptitude for business strategy and excellent collaboration skills
•Have decisive problem-solving ability and capability
•Be able to deliver a clear and compelling value proposition to prospects
•Be an exceptional account manager
