Our Consultants put the needs of ethero clients and candidates at the heart of their work, ensuring vacancies are filled and compliance standards are met.
Key role and responsibilities for a Service Consultant:
- Service delivery to the temporary industrial recruitment sector
- Liaising with clients
- Advertising vacancies
- Resourcing & interviewing candidates
- Updating the recruitment system
- Working at pace to meet deadlines
Minimum requirements for our Consultants:
- Good English communication, written & verbal
- Great customer service
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- IT literate
- Ability to remain professional under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required
We work in partnership with companies throughout the UK, placing candidates in temporary and permanent roles across a range of sectors. We develop relationships with new clients every month and have jobs available throughout the year.
What we offer:
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 17:00 and 08.30 to 16.00 on a Friday
