Nights Bakery Operatives Required

We have a unique opportunity for full-time Bakers to join our Night Bakery Team at our prestigious Ascot Drive Bakery.

Location: Derby - DE24

Immediate start for the right candidates.

Pay Rate: £13.98 per hour

Working Hours:

• Sunday to Friday with flexible start around 7pm
• 45 hours per week, working 5 out of 6 nights, with various shift start times.
• The role requires working 1 in 4 Saturday nights to support our 7-day operation.

Role and Key Responsibilities for our Bakery Operative:

• Understand the fermentation process involved in mixing, shaping, and baking various bread types.
• Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of machinery and baking processes.
• Work to a high standard in an efficient, clean, and tidy manner, meeting strict dispatch deadlines.
• Ideally possess confectionery skills such as creaming, piping, and coating.
• Previous bakery experience is preferred
