Production Team Leader
Hortonwood, Telford
Monday - Friday
0800-1700
Circa £35,000 plus benefits including bonuses yearly plus additional throughout the year for additional efforts, upskilling which mean additional pay.
Reporting to the Production/Operations Director and responsible for 5 - 7 staff on site and potentially assisting assisting with 10 plus at another site nearby
Objective will be to take control of the following
- FLT Operation
- Filling equipment
- Quality control, (will be a lot of paperwork & computer records to update)
- Process control
- Scheduling
- Act as support and right hand for Director
The role requires the following skills & attributes:
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Very process driven
- Advanced computer ability
- Understanding of regulatory control
- FLT licence
- Placid and calm personality
