Warehouse Coordinator (Nights)
Telford site based
12-hour shifts three on / three off

Job role / duties
•Ensure safe working practices on shift and assist with any investigations into warehouse compliance on shift
•Provide reports during team meetings as to Health & Safety
•Maintain safe storage and movement of goods
•Assess team performance and the use of fleet
•Manage goods in/ goods out on shift
•Ensure KPIs are communicated, met and reported to Management
•Use WMS to ensure dispatch and goods received information is accurately maintained
•Use FLT to move goods as required across the site alongside the team
•Identify and report improvement opportunities in order to improve Health & Safety, deadline achievement and overall efficiency
To be considered for this role you MUST:
•Have worked in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing business
•Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
•Have proven ability to manage and met deadlines
•Be proficient with Microsoft Office;
•Have valid CB & Reach FLT licences
•Have excellent reporting and KPI management skills
•Ideally have IOSH / COSHH certificates
•Ideally be used to using WMS
