Key role and responsibilities for Warehouse Operative

• Perform final visual inspections of computer systems for quality and finish
• Clean systems thoroughly before packing to ensure customer satisfaction
• Carefully pack systems using internal packaging materials and box them securely for shipment
• Work with the dispatch team to ensure all orders are sent out on time
• Liaise with Technicians to prioritise packing based on daily production schedules and deadlines
• Report any defects or concerns to the relevant team for resolution before dispatch

Minimum requirements for Warehouse Operative

• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Ability to follow instructions and quality standards consistently
• Good time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Physically fit and able to lift and move computer systems and boxes (Our systems on average are between 10-15kg but can be much heavier and require 2 people to lift)
• Experience in a packing or quality control role is desirable but not essential
• Hand scanning experience

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour

Working hours:
Monday - Friday
Rotating Shifts
1) Mon To Friday 08.30 - 17.30
2) Mon to Friday 10.00 - 19.00
3) Mon to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 with a Saturday 09.00 - 17.00

This job is commutable from the following areas Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
