Transport Officer
Stoke on Trent ST1
Role and key responsibilities for Transport Officer
- Administrating the Transport Panel process
- Supporting the Senior Commissioning and Contract Officers
- To gather information from operational teams (children's and adults) in respect of the needs of children / adults who require transport a placement / care package
- To support the production of contract management and quality improvement procedures and guidance information for internal and external use
Minimum Requirements for Transport Officer
- To uphold and adhere to the City Council's corporate values and support corporate objectives such as those outlined in Stronger Together
- Proven ability to liaise and challenge operators staff at all levels to influence quality improvements
- Self-aware and motivated, confident and positive
- Ability to work under pressure
Pay rate: £15.58 per hour
Working hours:
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 17:00
