Skilled Production Operator

Temp to Perm
Working hours 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm rotating shifts
Monday to Friday
Hourly Pay £12.92/h
Overtime premium available
We are looking for a skilled debox operator to join a busy production team. This is a key role in ensuring the accurate handling and processing of raw materials to meet production demands.
Key responsibilities:
- moving stock and maintaining accurate inventory records,
- inputting ingredients into recipes in correct ratios,
- returning stock to the warehouse and conducting regular stock levels,
- ensuring accuracy of production orders through system checks and balances,
- identifying and resolving system issues effectively.
To be considered for the role:
- you must have good communication skills,
- you must have an understanding of Excel
- you must be physically fit to lift 10kg-25kg
