Industrial Door Engineer
North East

Based from your home office base, you will be responsible for ensuring the best customer service colleague liaison possible.
Job role / duties
•Conduct site surveys on customer premises
•Ensure comprehensive notes are taken for the Installation and Service team
•Attend pre-arranged installations of a variety of industrial doors
•Attend service contract appointments
•Attend breakdown calls at customer premises
•Update the system with diagnosis and solution information
•Liaise with Service team regarding parts required or issues needing support
•Maintain notes for each client
•Liaise with Business Development team regarding customer site visits
To be considered you must:
•Possess experience within the Industrial door sector
•Have Mechanical and electrical installation /repair experience
•Be IPAF accredited
•Possess a full driving license
•Ideally have an FLT license and valid CSCS
•Be a good verbal & written communicator
•Have good all round IT skills
