- We operate GLAA Standards including holiday pay and leavers holiday pay across the board, not only for GLAA compliant customers
- We run our own internal PAYE only payroll processes and have never outsourced payroll. This is done to guarantee compliance standards
- We do not engage in Mini-Umbrella, False Self Employed or Hybrid Self Employed practices.
- We do not engage in questionable VAT reduction schemes
- All workers are engaged via REC sponsored contracts only
- All workers are provided a KID document on registration
- All workers are provided Worker Assignment Schedules when placed
- All workers are provided with a candidate app where all of their information is stored and can be externally audited at any time
- All clients are engaged via REC sponsored terms of business / contracts
