12-hour shifts / 4 on 4 off days and nights: 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00

Job role / duties
Looking after a team of approximately 8-10 on shift plus agency workers at peak
Perform checks across the bay, machining, MHE and general safety
Use Excel, SAP and WMS for reporting, processing and input
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards, Safe Systems of Work, and current legislation
Set clear performance goals and targets for team members
Manage absence, investigations, and disciplinary matters in partnership with HR, unions, and management
Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance System (QAS) standards
Ensure dispatched goods meet customer expectations, including code control
Ensure vehicles are correctly documented, loaded, and secured
To be considered for this role you MUST:
· Be CPC qualified (or willing and motivated to achieve qualification)
· Have proven leadership skills
· Have worked in Dispatch, Goods out or similar is a fast paced warehousing environment
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· He good all round computer ability
· Be analytical and process improvement focussed
