Telford office based
Monday - Friday
Full time hours
0800- 1700, early finish on Friday

Job role / duties
•Ensure all quotes, billing, customer & purchase orders, warranty issues, maintenance & master data procedures are actioned as directed
•Allocate and plan field engineer's working day and communicate information effectively
•Ensure any spare parts, plant and equipment is ordered and arrives ready for the engineers on-site
•Ensure that all documentation, PPE, equipment, accommodation and travel arrangements are order and booked for Engineers
•Ensure all planned work is carried out and diarised effectively in order to create successful workflow patterns
•Create and present activity reports to SMT
•General administration in order to support the Service Manager
To be considered for this role you MUST
•Have experienced of scheduling engineers or similar
•Be highly experienced of using SAP and MS Office
•Be a strong written & verbal communicator
