Placement and timing come first. “We already have training.” Most training is generic. Relevant is task-specific and tied to real work. “Will this slow production down?” The goal is fewer stoppages and less rework, not more meetings or classroom time. “Is this expensive?” It is designed to reduce hidden costs: errors, rework, churn, and supervision time. “Does this replace our current temps?” No. It improves how people are placed and supported where work is changing. “This won’t work for us.” That may be true. Relevant is not designed for static or low-skill environments.
