£25,000 to start (shift based role)

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be a key part of the Supply Chain function within this fast paced and busy team. You will help deliver the day to day supply chain function and effective administration of all SAP purchase orders scheduling of inbound / outbound deliveries to meet the requirements of the production schedule. You will work closely with the MRP, Planning and Operations teams to ensure packaging materials are inspected and available in line with production requirements and ensure all SAP purchase orders are processed.

Job role / duties

•Create and maintain solid working relationships with key stakeholders
•Administration of the weekly cycle counts within the factory environment.
•Administration of all SAP Purchase orders
•Purchase order allocation
•Management of the Inbound and outbound schedule
•Inspection of all inbound packaging against standards
•Work with key stakeholders to proactively manage inventory, reducing the risks of aged stock
•Support where appropriate any site projects / improvement programmes, identifying process inefficiencies and driving optimisation to deliver increased productivity.
•Help develop and maintain key departmental systems and tools.

To be considered for this role you MUST:

•Experience of working in an FMCG environment
•Experience of working as a Stock / Inventory Controller, Supply Chain Coordinator
•Strong numeracy skills
•Good problem-solving skills (likes to investigate)
•Knowledge of SAP/MRP
