Key role and responsibilities for Trade Counter Supervisor:

• Driving sales and margin performance through add-on sales, promotions, and special offers
• Helping to deliver the company's 'Trade Strategy' through the use of Trade Account
• Managing and supporting counter sales employees
• Answering customers queries
• Inspire your team
• Ordering products and stock

Minimum requirements for Trade Counter Supervisor:

• Ability to build relationships with your customers and your team
• Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and like to work hard
• Previous experience working as a supervisor

Salary: 23,000 - 25,000 per annum

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:00
Alternate Saturday 08:00 - 12:00
