UK Sales Manager
Home based with Shropshire office & UK travel
Circa £45,000 plus commission, annual bonus, vehicle, laptop, mobile & company credit card and benefits including Health care
If you are an experienced, driven and highly successful Sales professional in the hydraulic filter industry, looking for autonomy and strong back up as well as good prospects and a great team, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Job role / duties
•Create and develop a customer portfolio across distributors, OEMs and end users to ensure a solid sales pipeline
•Research and prospect regularly to keep sales pipeline activity buoyant
•Attend client sites to present company products and services as well as identify both existing and future sales potential
•Attend industry events, trade fairs etc in order to represent the business and highlight suitability to potential clients
•Ensure profitable negotiation across the product range
•Ensure CRM is updated with sales activity, pipeline and progress reports for SMT
•Liaise with Sales support, SMT and Head Office to ensure customer satisfaction
To be considered for this role you MUST:
•Have a proven and established sales background in hydraulic filter manufacture/filtration
•Ideally possess an advanced qualification in a technical / business subject
•Be an exceptional verbal & written communicator
•Have excellent presentation skills
•Be able to provide clear & precise information to Sales support team and SMT
•Be able to work autonomously with strong organisational skills and a motivated attitude
•Hold a valid UK driving license due to extensive UK travel.
