A global automotive component manufacturer who are experiencing considerable growth now require a Technical Author to produce and maintain injection moulding product documentation to the customer specification. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive and a good level in literacy and numeracy.

Package: £30,000 p.a. + Benefits
Duration: 12 months fixed term contract

The Role
Reporting into the Engineering Manager you will have the following duties:
-Create and review PFMEA's.
-Understand and work with Control Plans.
-Understand and create Process Flows.
-Liaise with Quality and Tooling Engineers to create an agreed standard of production mouldings.
The Person
Educated in further education you will have the following experiences:
-HSE safe working practices including LOTO, PPE and Risk Assessment.
-Understanding of IATF16949 quality standards.
-A good understanding of MS Office, Excel and Word.
