Description
An automotive component manufacturer with sites worldwide require a Senior Demand Planner to be the subject matter expert on processes relating to forecasting and demand management. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree or equivalent in the supply chain management and experience in automotive manufacturing.
Commutable from: Birmingham, Solihull, Redditch, Coventry, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick
Salary: £47,000 - £52,000 p.a.

The Role
Reporting into the Senior Supply Chain Manager you will have the following duties:
-Ensuring the team follows processes and policies relating to business planning.
-Support the Managers in developing continuous improvement opportunities within the team and work to automate and simplify to overall forecasting process.
-Act as the primary liaison between all teams responsible for production scheduling.
The Person
Educated to degree level or holding an equivalent level qualification in supply chain management you will have the following experience:
-Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment (Preferably automotive).
-Extensive experience in supply chain planning.
-Advanced skills using Excel.
-Solid understanding of Quality, Business and OEM systems and standards.
-Project Management experience.
