Sales/Purchasing Coordinator
Telford
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Circa £24,500, (Temporary - Permanent)

Delighted to be recruiting another member of staff for this ambitious and growing company who are expanding in 2024. If you would like to work in a small but very busy team where you will have variety and responsibility, this is the role for you.

Job role / duties

•Take calls from customers and make calls as needed
•Check stock and process sales orders
•Place purchase orders with suppliers if stock unavailable
•Ensure all sales & purchase orders are entered accurately on to the in-house system
•Keep customers updated on order progress
•Liaise with supervisor on any client or supplier issues
•Liaise with shop-floor colleagues on orders
•Ensure any paperwork is completed on time and accurately
•Complete any administration tasks as required
•Cover other roles during the holidays such as accounts administration

Be considered for this role MUST:

Have worked in a busy office environment previously
Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
Possess advanced computer skills
Be able to work with a high level of accuracy
Be willing to take on responsibility
Have experience of both sales & purchasing administration
Have strong liiteracy & numeracy skills
