Telford office based
Monday Friday
0830 17.30
up to £30,000 plus bonus & good benefits

If you would like to join the UK office of a global manufacturing business who are expanding due to continued sales growth and work in a great team environment, this is the Sales Coordinator role you have been looking for.

You will be using your exceptional communication skills to support the Sales team throughout the UK and be able to flex your organisational muscles to keep everyone on their toes.

Job role / duties

•Work closely with the Commercial Manager and field-based sales team on a daily basis in order to keep track of sales activity & forecasting
•Ensure CRM is up to date with company information
•Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities from research
•Using email, calls, LinkedIn to promote the company service and products
•Track sales activity in order to produce reports for the SMT
•Assist with the coordination of marketing activity & trade events
•Assist with coordinating projects including all the additional administration
•Ensure understanding of the products / services in order to communicate value to clients
•Ensure quotations are sent out promptly and followed up effectively

To be considered for this role you MUST:

•Have experience of making B2B sales calls
•Be exceptionally organised and possess a strong attention to detail
•Be used to marketing activity on social media
•Possess experience with CRM software
•Be able to use MS Office with confidence
•Be a super verbal & written communicator
•Want to develop a long-term career with a Sales bias
•Have a great sense of humour!
