Sales Administration Assistant
Monday - Friday
up to £21,000 plus excellent benefits

This is a super role for someone who is looking for a busy role in a happy and supportive team. Working for a manufacturing company whose products are exported worldwide, this position will keep you interested and on your toes.

Job role / duties

•Co-ordinate and provide administrative support for the department
•Assist the MD with diary management & travel plans
•Liaise with distributors & customers and deal with any enquiries
•Supply information and proposals
•Set up new distributor through thorough vetting
•Process orders through the system and progress
•Process payments
•Co-ordinate dispatch & collection
•Help with marketing department tasks such as newsletters and social media
•Ensure information is kept up to date & relevant doe all sales activity
•Assist with exhibitions
•Collate monthly sales figures, raise purchase requisitions
•Attend meetings, take minutes, organise catering for meetings

To be considered for this role you MUST:

•Have experience in providing administrative support at Director level
•Have advanced MS Office and MRP System experience
•Have a technical aptitude
•Be a professional written & verbal communicator
•Have worked in a manufacturing environment ideally
