Description
An automotive component manufacturer with sites across the UK require a Quality Systems Engineer to lead and undertake audits across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will be a lead auditor in IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3.
Commutable from: Redditch, Coventry, Solihull, Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 p.a.
Suitable for: Systems Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer, Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Manager
The Role
Reporting into the Quality Manager you will have the following duties:
-Supporting the implementation of the quality management system throughout the site.
-Maintaining the quality manuals and quality procedures.
-Conduct quality system audits and assist in training.
-Support and lead process improvements.
The Person
Lead Auditor trained in IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 you will have the following experience:
-Experience implementing IATF to a successful certification.
-Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
-Experience working in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
