Job role / duties

•Process Customer Service Acknowledging Orders onto the computer system
•Liaise with customers daily to ensure awareness of order progress and advise of any issues regarding delays or amendments
•Input Purchase Orders on to the computer system
•Communicate with the Production Department with regard to desired schedules and order update back to the customer
•Place orders for printed items to ensure stock replenishment for customer needs
•Monitor Stock /Overs in Finished Goods and ensure they are utilised to fulfil orders
•Support the team and Head of Department with additional administration
•Ensure all reports and schedules are correct and produced in a timely fashion
•Keep the Head of Department appraised of any issues that may affect

To be considered for this role you MUST

Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills
Be confident with MS Office and possess accurate input skills
Have worked in a fast paced, ideally FMCG environment
Be used to a varied role and flexible to take on other responsibility
Have a strong commercial / business acumen
