Purchasing Assistant
Fleet, Hampshire
circa £27,000
Monday to Friday
0900-1700
Initial 6 month contract with a view to extension

Job role / duties

•Helping to manage the email mailbox for purchasing requests and enquires.
•RFQ's to suppliers
•Raise Purchase Requisitions
•Track orders and Expedite PO's
•Supplier add/set up
•Rapid response- Past due PO's management, Update databases with order details
•Accounts Payable queries

To be considered for this role you MUST:

•Possess 5 GSCE's (or equivalent) /A-C including maths and English or equivalent grades.
•Have strong verbal & written communication skills
•Be accomplished with IT
•Have proven time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
