Production Operatives required
Ashbourne - DE6
Role and Key Responsibilities for our Production Operatives
- Responsible for the manufacturing assets
- Liaising with maintenance and assisting where needed
- Inspect, carry out, and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to
- Ensure the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are properly and regularly inspected and cleaned in accordance with site instructions
Minimum Requirements for our Production Operatives
- Highly motivated General Operative with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of the Shift team
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Ability to work to deadlines and problem-solve
- Own transport required
Pay Rate:
- Morning shift £12.54 per hour
- Afternoon shifts - £15.05 p/h
- Overtime £18.81 p/h paid after 38 hours
Morning Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 06:15 - 15:00
- Friday: 06:15 - 14:45
- Paid breaks
Afternoon Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 14:45 - 00:30
- 2 of 3 breaks are paid
In Return for Production Operative:
- Catering on site
