Outsourcing Coordinator
Telford
£21,500
Initial 6 month contract with a view to extension
THERE ARE TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Job role / duties

• Communicate Outsource work priority for customers on a daily/weekly basis.
• Provide quotes of sub-contract prices to customers via the Sales system.
• Prioritise Customer orders and communicate status, managing escalations.
• Answer daily queries from customers, relaying information through the system.
• Process customer requests and ensure work is managed in a timely manner
• Release service orders to suppliers for Outsource work
• Partner with logistics to verify orders are progressing as required
• Monitor turnaround time of jobs to ensure customer contractual commitments are met
• Verify request status for receipt or other processing steps for outsourced work
• Update internal system notes for individual jobs.
• Follow quality procedures to log certificates onto the internal system for auditing purpose.
• Support the overall Outsource on-site duties on a day to day basis providing good team work and prompt support.

To be considered for this role you MUST:

Have proven ability to prioritise and possess excellent attention to detail
Have exceptional written & verbal communication skills
Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Have advanced MS Office ability and ideally have used a CRM
Have ideally worked in either a planning, purchasing or supply chain administrative role
