Role and key responsibilities for Finance Administrator

  • General administration duties
  • Confident in office applications especially excel
  • Data entry/management
  • Good phone manner for incoming calls
  • Processing across sales
  • Report extraction
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Elements of credit control
  • Emailing out of invoices
  • Purchase order/invoice loading
  • Stock management

Minimum Requirements for Finance Administrator

  • Strong skills using an Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous admininstration experience

Pay rate: Up to £25/26,000 DOE

Working hours:
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 17:30

This job is commutable from the following areas, Stoke on Trent, Biddulph, Congleton, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
