Office Administrator

Ethero Derby are currently recruiting for An Office Administrator to join our client in Central Derby. This is fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within their career or someone who is looking is looking for an opportunity to gain new skills in a new role.

Key responsibilities -
•Diary Management for Advisers
•Liaise with clients and resolve client queries
•To prepare client meeting packs, documents and application forms
•Handling confidential information
•To deliver the highest standard of client care and customer service internally and externally
•Provide administrative support to Advisers and the Practice
•Submit business applications
•Update and maintain client records on CRM systems
•Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to external providers
Key experience & skills:
•Hard-working
•Works well under pressure
•Works well in a team
•Ambitious to progress
•GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths & English
•Previous experience within an admin/financial services role would be an advantage but not required to apply

Salary: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
