Description
A global automotive component manufacturer with a broad customer base require a Launch Manager to manage the launch of future projects with new customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in new product launch and worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary: £48,000 p.a. + Benefits

The Role
Reporting into the Technical Manager you will have the following duties:
-Be an active and integrated member of the program team developing detailed knowledge of products and processes.
-Liaise and report the program status and progress to the Technical Manager.
-Manage the launch accountability process and communicate through the plant meeting cadence.
-Participate and assist in PFMEA's and process flow development.
-Lead and deliver new product launches.
The Person
Educated to degree level or holding qualifications in engineering or project management, you will have the following experiences:
-Proven experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
-New product launch experience.
-Those with experience in automotive manufacturing would be at a distinct advantage.
