Inventory Supervisor

We are recruiting for Stores/Inventory Supervisor to facilitate client projects across the UK. The job purpose is to manage, receive and account for all deliveries of kit, equipment and stores in line with onsite delivery schedule and project plan.

Duties of the role:

• To work with the Project Manager for the duration of the Launch project taking responsibility for all stores laid out in the delivery schedule and project plan
• To receive and co-ordinate onsite deliveries with multiple vendors, principal contractor and client
• To proactively liaise with 3rd party suppliers in advance to ensure deliveries are on schedule and inform onsite Project Manager of any foreseeable delays to the delivery schedule
• Account for stock - book in/out all stores and deliveries in line with the project plan/delivery schedule
• Record delivery of all items and keep an up to date, real time list of on-site stores
• Secure all onsite stores and keep a signatory record of all stores released to 3rd parties
• Fill out all associated documentation for the Project Manager such as BOM/stock reports, daily updates and current holdings
• Relay information to the onsite Project Manager on a daily basis
• Act in accordance with the company employee handbook
• Act in accordance with the company policies
• Act in a safe manner and in compliance with the company Principle Onsite Contractor and Client health & safety policies
• Send daily updates to the company Operation Manager
• Report any accidents, incidents or near misses (including any damage on site) to the Operations Manager

Skills Essentials:

• Clean Driving Licence
• MUST have CSCS card
• Computer literate
• Ability to analyse and process information
• Can work on own initiative
• Flexible and reactive to short notice requests
• Proactive approach
• Keen eye for detail
• Communication/People skills
• Excellent level and understanding of English
