Internal Sales Administrator
Telford based
£25,000 plus benefits package

You will be supporting the Sales team, maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping an eye out for new opportunities so you will be kept busy!

Job role / duties

•Maintain customer relationships by handling customer queries efficiently to conclusion
•Support the Sales Team by raising sample requests
•Complete sales quotes using the company costing model and database information
•Follow up on samples sent out to customers to gain orders
•Identify areas of new business for the external sales team and follow up on quotations
•Manage customer expectations by gaining correct ordering patterns
•Advise customers on their project to ensure best solution possible
•Attend customer meetings to further build relationships
•Update competitor and prospect client information
•Attend monthly sales meetings and report on activity
•Deal with any complaints alongside QA department through to resolution
•Ensure all administration is carried out effectively and on time

To be considered for this role you MUST

•Be highly organised
•Have worked in a similar role previously
•Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
•Have worked in an FMCG environment
•Have advanced IT (MS Office) ability
•Be used to working in a fast paced sales environment
•Be confident in presenting information
