French Speaking Customer Service Coordinator
Monday - Friday
Office based 0830 - 1730
£21,000 plus benefits, free parking, modern, open plan offices, close to shops

Job role / duties

-Raise and process customer purchase orders
-Process order acknowledgements for the sales team to distribute to the customers
-Raise packing lists for inbound shipments and forward to customers
-Check purchase orders and match to production orders with manufacturing.
-Receive and send shipping documents to clearing agents for delivery to customers
-Raise customer invoices .
-File completed invoice packs, purchase orders and archiving.
-Review and follow delivery schedules with logistics department and manufacturing
-Update computer system as documents are received with shipping information
-Track deliveries and shipments and update customers on progress
-Raise credit notes, debit notes and proforma invoices
-Provide sales and business development admin support when needed

To be considered you MUST:

-Be fluent or Native French speaking and have excellent English speaking ability
-Be highly proficient with Microsoft Office & have used and ERP system
