Customer Service / Warehouse administrator
Halesfield
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, 37.5h/week
19,500.00 per annum (6 months fixed term contract)
Job role:
- Handling incoming calls
- Responding emails
- Identifying and evaluating customers needs to deliver satisfaction
- Going the extra mile to engage customers
- Communicating with colleagues,
- Providing customers with updates
Candidate must have:
- Previous work experience in customer service
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Windows applications and the use of e-mail
- Work well in a team
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Polite, professional confident manner
