Customer Service Executive
circa £22,000 plus excellent benefits

If you want to work in a busy, technically biased Customer Services team and for a company that works with big retail names, this is the roles for you.

Job role / duties

•Liaise with internal teams in order to ascertain customer order status
•Process orders, making sure stock in allocated
•Arrange, sort and archive shipping documents
•Ensure invoices are sent out on time
•Progress chase internally & externally for the customer

To be considered for this role you MUST:

•Have strong verbal & written communication skills
•Be used to working in a demanding, customer led environment
•Have good IT skills
