CUSTOMER SERVICES COORDINATOR - starting SEPTEMBER 2022
Telford
£10.38 per hour Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
Plenty of overtime at premium rate available

Longer contracts & permanent roles will become available

Job role / duties

•Receiving incoming calls from customers and assessing the nature of their query
•Taking & processing orders onto the computer system
•Dealing with any problems or queries to a high standard & resolving quickly or escalating
•Scheduling engineers where needed
•Handling inbound and outbound contacts
•Using telephone, email, letter, helpdesk and social media to access and action for customers

To be considered for this super Customer services role you MUST:

•Have previously worked in a Customer Services/Call Centre role
•Understand the concept of first class customer satisfaction
•Be a strong verbal & written communicator
•Be computer literate and numerate
