Customer Service Coordinator
up to £25,000 plus good benefits
Fixed term assignments of nine months initially

You will be working in a busy & fast paced department and have multiple tasks to complete to ensure the department runs smoothly. Along with your colleagues, you will be responsible for a wide range of customers and internal departments across the business.

Job role / duties

•Receive and process orders from clients on to the computer system
•Ensure goods requests are sent to the warehouse for picking
•Process customer documentation, ensuring orders are fulfilled and the customer database is kept up to date.
•Send out confirmation to clients and dispatch
•Arrange, sort and archive shipping documents
•Create and send out invoices
•Liaise with other departments in a daily basis to ensure a smooth supply chain
•Produce reports for customers and management

To be considered for this role you MUST:

•Have exceptional verbal & written communication skills
•Be highly competent with MS Office
•Be highly numerate
•Have worked in a Customer Services role in FMCG
