Ethero are currently recruiting for this exciting role on the behalf of our client based in Coventry. The postholder will report to the Customer Service Manager, ensuring a professional first impression of the company via sales orders and customer service functions is met and to assist with customer queries and order processing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Communicate effectively with the shipping and warehousing department to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
  • Deal with Customer orders and enquiries appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Promote and advise on products and services whilst maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Check and ensure the customer is advised on availability of product and pricing when required
  • Entry of and ensure accuracy of orders entered onto the Sage system
  • Progress any outstanding orders, keeping customer fully updated on progress

Experience Required:

  • Customer Service Role working within a Sales environment

  • GCSE Math's
