Customer Services Administrator
Circa £21,000 plus bonuses, excellent company benefits package, ongoing training & development and annual salary reviews
If you would like to work in a clean and modern open plan office space and as part of a friendly and technically biased customer service team, this is the role for you. Although this is a global organisation, you will become part of family and not be a number. You will be providing high standards of customer care as well as prompt & accurate information, seeing requests through from start to finish and analysing data. You will be kept busy and have a varied day.
Job role / duties
•Ensure accurate data on to SAP & CRM
•Process sample requests
•Manage order progress requests to agreed service levels
•Manage website requests online and by email
•Resolve access and password related problems.
•Provide website training where necessary.
•Manage & resolve delivery issues
•Liaise with Warehouse Manager, Carriers & Customer Service & Inventory Managers to ensure any issues are resolved
•Prioritise & manage sales orders and process on to SAP
•Coordinate queries, problems and confirmations ensuring Key Information' is communicated in an efficiently
•Ensure customer queries are escalated promptly
•Manage the Order Inbox' to ensure e-mails are actioned
To be considered for this role you MUST:
•Be able to provide evidence of ability in an Administrative/Order Processor/Office Clerk role
•Have active experience with Excel.
•Be very confident with SAP in a sales environment.
•Have a working knowledge of ERP/CRM focussed setting
•Be a confident B2B customer service provider
•Be used to working in a busy technically based sales environment
•Be able to work to deadline
•Be able to quickly assimilate a broad spectrum of processes
•Have the ability to learn quickly and want to develop further
•Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
•Be highly numerate
