Role and key responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor

  • Responding to business/management driven queries & requests
  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone
  • Taking payments
  • Accurately imputing data onto the system
  • Ensuring all the deadlines are met

Minimum Requirements for Customer Service Advisor

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work to high degree of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay rate: £11.50 - £14.17

Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00
Friday 09:00 - 16:30
