Trainee Customer Service Agents

Stoke-on-Trent, ST4

Key role and responsibilities for Contact Centre Agent:

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Handling customer queries
  • Using negotiation skills to come to fair solution
  • Advise and explain customer options to resolve circumstances
  • Noting each call to record progress taken with customer

Minimum requirements for Contact Centre Agent:

  • Ability to actively listen and effectively respond to any queries
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Desire to help others
  • Willingness to work independently or as a part of the team
  • Have GCSE Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent

Working hours:

Part time:
Monday - Friday
10:00 - 14:00 or 15:00 - 19:00

4-day week:
Two days 08:00 - 18:15
Two days 08:00 - 18:30
1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 -13:00

Rotational shift:
Monday to Friday rotating between 8:00am 4:30pm one week and 10:30am 7:00pm second week
1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am 12:30pm

Fixed shifts:
8:00am 5:30pm Monday to Friday with a fixed day off,
Saturdays 8:30am 1:00pm
or
9:30am 7:00pm Monday to Friday with a fixed day off,
Saturdays of 8:30am 1:00pm

Salary: up to £21,000 per annum + bonus available up to £250 per month

In return for Contact Centre Agent:
