Contact Centre Agent

Key role and responsibilities for Contact Centre Agent:
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Handling customer queries
- Using negotiation skills to come to fair solution
- Advise and explain customer options to resolve circumstances
- Noting each call to record progress taken with customer
Minimum requirements for Contact Centre Agent:
- Ability to actively listen and effectively respond to any queries
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Desire to help others
- Willingness to work independently or as a part of the team
- Have GCSE Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
Working hours:
Part time:
Monday - Friday
10:00 - 14:00 or 15:00 - 19:00
4-day week
Two days 08:00 - 18:15
Two days 08:00 - 18:30
1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 -13:00
Salary: up to £21,000 per annum + bonus up to £250 per month
