We now want to further expand and continue to grow our branches throughout the Midlands. We have built our success on ambition, drive and professionalism and are currently looking for pure Business Development Executives that will report to the Company Sales Manager.
•Previous business development experience within the industrial recruitment sector minimum of 2 years
•Can offer examples of success and confidently talk about targets and financial achievements
•Has converted larger 50+ user sites aswell as smaller quick wins
•Has sold for more than one branch location at a time
•Experienced in writing and delivering presentations at Director level
•Can offer examples of being highly self-driven with a tenacious attitude
•Previous responsibility of creating and driving own sales pipeline
•Demonstrate consistent delivery of new client conversions over sustained time periods
•Highly experienced at rapport building being a skilled seller of solutions and having a consultative sales approach
•Confident negotiator with a polished professional approach
