Description
An automotive component manufacturer with sites across the UK and Europe require a Bill of Materials Manager to ensure the accurate alignment between Engineering BOM, PDM database system and CAD models. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with extensive experience in managing the bill of materials and change management.

Package: £58,000 - £60,000 p.a. +Car allowance +Enhanced Pension + Family Bupa
Please note: This is a site-based role without the option of hybrid working

The Role
Reporting into the Engineering Manager you will have the following duties:
-Managing a team of BOM Engineers.
-Ensuring accurate Bill of Materials are created by the team.
-Lead the audit of Engineering BOMs.
-Facilitate Change Management meetings.
The Person
Educated to degree level, you will have the following experience:
-Preferably, experience in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
-Experience of various internal systems such as ERP/MRP
-Leadership skills are essential.
