GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
HEREFORD - OFFICE BASED
Monday - Friday - £37.5 hour week.
£23 - 25,000 plus excellent benefit package and bonuses

If you would like to work in a busy, friendly and multi-cultural office environment and for a company that is a highly respected and quality driven on line retailer who are known for carrying more than 150 brands at any one time, this is the role for you.

Job role / duties

•Respond to UK and German-speaking customer service calls professionally and in accordance with company policies
•Ensure all UK and German website emails are responded to professionally and within the agreed timescales
•Retrieve delivery information from courier websites and communicate this to clients
•Raise trace enquiries relating to delivery information in accordance with courier process
•Assess responses regarding trace information from carriers/couriers and react accordingly
•Liaise with the Delivery Management Team to arrange any collections or escalate complaints
•Maintain an accurate log of all email queries and providing daily statistics to the Team Leader
•Assist with the translation of product information from English into German as and when required.

To be considered you will MUST:

•Be fluent in both English and German languages (written & verbal)
•Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills
•Have proficient keyboard entry skills
