Ethero Derby are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client based in Derby. Due to the location of this position transport will be required.
The foundation of our Clients business consists of Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics and Transportation so previous experience in this industry is advantageous.
Our client is looking for someone who has a can do attitude used to working in a fast paced logistics/office environment. You must have previous experience within Admin and Customer Service.
Duties will include:
•General Administration data entry
•Collating orders on behalf of customers and checking internal stock
•Working out total costs for customer orders and generating a purchase order number from the customer to ensure payment
•Liaise between customer and your internal accounts department
•Action any queries from customer and accounts department
•Ordering uniform and stationary
•Collating agency worker hours, generating PO and sending weekly to suppliers
Monday to Friday: 08:30 16:30
