Job role / duties

•Supporting Head of Department to manage daily workload
•Create projects and supporting information the company CRM
•Collate information to formulate correspondence and documents
•Organise meetings and co-ordinate diaries and arrange events
•Input data for invoice creation
•Conduct project research and report data to Department head
•Use MS Office daily for all reporting & correspondence

To be considered for this role you MUST

•Have worked in a professional services office environment in a similar role
•Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills
•Be highly computer literate
•Have an interest in architecture, heritage or property
